We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within three (3) days upon receiving the merchandise 

You can return most stuff within 3 days after you get it. But here’s the deal:

  • We can’t take back anything that’s been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
  • All tags have to be attached.
  • Gift cards can’t be returned or refunded.

Stuff You Can’t Return or Exchange:

  • Earrings, ear cuffs, swimwear, bodysuits, or anything marked “Final Sale” or “Last One.”
  • Anything you bought with a gift card or store credit.
  • Anything bought with a 20% discount or more.

Special Rules:

  • If you return holiday items (like fancy dresses or anything sparkly) or pre-orders, we’ll charge a $5 restock fee per piece.
  • The cost of the return shipping label and any other applicable fees will be deducted from your store credit.

Puedes devolver la mayoría de los artículos dentro de los 3 días después de recibirlos. Pero ojo con esto:

  • No aceptamos devoluciones de cosas que estén usadas, dañadas, lavadas o modificadas.
  • Todas las etiquetas deben estar puestas.
  • Las tarjetas de regalo no se pueden devolver ni reembolsar.

Artículos que NO se pueden devolver ni cambiar:

  • Aretes, ear cuffs, trajes de baño, bodysuits o cualquier artículo marcado como “Venta Final” o “Última Pieza”.
  • Cualquier cosa comprada con una tarjeta de regalo o crédito en tienda.
  • Artículos comprados con un descuento del 20% o más.

Reglas Especiales:

  • Si devuelves artículos de temporada (como vestidos elegantes o cosas con brillo) o pre-ordenes, se cobrará un cargo de reabastecimiento de $5 por pieza.
  • El costo de la etiqueta de devolución y cualquier otro cargo aplicable se deducirán de tu crédito en tienda.

How do I return an item?

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Start your return by sending us your name, and size you want to return.
  2. Indicate the reason for your return.
  3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
  4. Once the package is received and verified for condition online store credit will be processed immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for it to be available online. Store credit can only be used online or in our store in Fajardo. 

PICK UP ORDERS:

IF THE ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP IN THREE (3) MONTHS THE PIECES WILL BE PUT BACK TO THE INVENTORY

How do I process and International return?

Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer.
